Hi,

Please, does anybody knows a reason that would lead to this error event, and an action to prevent it?

ERROR: [CAS.CPP:1327]STATE(0) CANNOT PROCESS MESSAGE CSTAREQUEST(3) SET_AGENT_STATE(49)FOR CLIENT(1327). MESSAGE DELETED.

The symptoms are errors on our CRM application when users try to login (something like no resources available).
But the traffic over the MAPD is near 25%, network traffic is around 17%, the aplication servers are also available (around 37-45%)and we got no alarms on Definity.

is the user able to log in? Or does the login fail?
 
Try using the "list monitored-station" command to determine if the station that agent is trying to log into has 4 associations. If it has 4 already it wont allow another.

CMS uses these associations to measure the agent .. but so do deviced like MAP-D, CTI servers etc.

If it has 4 associations then you wont be able to log an agent into that station until you clear the active associations.

If I remember correctly busy/reset on the station clears them. If this ends up being the issue for you I'll do a little research and let you know for sure how I cleared them.
