Dear Support,

I am having below Avaya Product
Avaya IP Office 500 V2 – 2012 & Avaya Contact Store (Powered by Vernit Systems)

Now calls are recording fine. I just installed this new contact store, earlier call recording folder was almost 5 GB. After installing the new version of ctontact store, i map the same folder d:\AvayaCallRecording on the same local server. But last week i thought why to keep the old calls.
So i deleted the old calls except last 2 months.

Now recording is working fine but in Alarms & Events Section of my Contct store login at : I find this msg till the day i deleted the old calls.
"One or more configuration history records have been altered"

I scare is there any problem of this message or any step i should to take to solve this problem.

Regards,
Teja, Abu Dhabi, UAE

I am still awaiting for any update if any?

You really should not delete files.
I would try to run the install again and see what happens.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

@tlpeter

I'm having same issue as the TS.

So it means, it has something to do with the deletion of log?

Code:
08/08/12 01:00:15 Major Alarm One or more configuration history records have been altered.
08/08/12 01:00:15 Information Purged 631KB of old log files. Now 381255MB free.
These errors come together, however this is system task, my question is, why CS is purging log files, in fact I got < 300Mb data.
I'm looking for the setting not to purge any file but no luck.
