Hello,

There is CMS system that works with operation CSI PROLIGIX, version 10.0
How can I change the INTERVAL INTRAHOUR in database items calculations (for example: change to 15,30,60)

Administrative data: administered on the switch or on CentreVu CMS.
For example, the database item INTRVL in the split/skill real-time table
contains the number of minutes in the intrahour interval (15, 30, 60)
currently assigned to the specified split/skill on CentreVu CMS.

Thanks,
Shay

Access the CMS System Setup menu.
Change the CMS State to SINGLE USER MODE.
Change the Data Collection to OFF.
Change the Storage Intervals to the desired length of time (15, 30, or 60 minutes).
Change the Data Collection back to ON.
Change the CMS State back to MULTI USER MODE.
Done.

Note: A change in the Intrahour interval does not take effect until the end of the current intrahour interval, and existing historical data is automatically migrated when you are changing to a longer intrahour interval. If the new intrahour report interval is 15 minutes, the existing 30 or 60 minute data is divided by 2 or 4 respectively, with any remainder falling in the last 15-minute interval. If the new intrahour report interval is 60 minutes, two 30-minute intervals or four 15-minute intervals are combined.
