Avaya CMS - Link Down

Hello guys.
Firstly, sorry the english. I'm from Brazil and I don't speak english very well.

Can you help me?
I'm getting this error from CMS every day:
Unable to execute switch protocol interpreter. Data collection down. Call Services.

I restarted the CMS server but it doesn't helped me.

I saw that my CMS are connected with the CM by a procr.
Is this OK or I need to connect the cms with the cm using a CLAN?

Check and make sure the OS times on the PBX and CMS are correct. Then turn off data collection, turn data collection back on, then reboot the CMS.
