Is it possible for an end user on a standard analog phone set to program their own personal abbreviated dial codes and numbers? If yes, then please outline the steps to do so. I currently have one of the users set up with a PERSONAL abbreviated dial list, but all he can do is use the access code for list1 and dial the entry code to call the number, and transfer calls to the entry using hook-flash and dialing the code. Is it possible to allow the user to program his own codes? I saw an access code defined in the feature-access-codes called, "Abbreviated Dial - Prgm Group List Access Code", and thought that this might be pertainant to my situation. Thanks in advance for any help that you offer!

The user can program their own personal speed dial list.
They would dial:
The feature access code for "Program Access Code" on page 3 of feature access codes.
Then dial 1 (For list 1 if assigned as the personal list)
Then enter the dial code to be programmed. (1 to 9 and 0 if the list size is 10 or less, or the dial code would be a 2 digit code, 00-99, if the list size is highter than 10)
Then enter the number to be stored and press #. Should hear a confirmation tone.
