There are others that offer training on Avaya equipment. It's a all depends on what you are looking for. I suggust you contact these vendors to determine what classes to send your employees to. Cross communications has not started their classes. I talk with them at INAAU and like how they were going about the training at what inner action they allowed. Here are the web sites to check out (but Cross didn't have any training information the last time I looked so you will need to call them).
