I'm getting very frustrated with Avaya's website re: certification. And I especially don't like being charged for on-line courses but it is what it is. My understanding is, being a customer, I would get ACIS first (Avaya Certified Installation Specialist); ACSS 2nd and ACSA 3rd (Avaya Certified Solutions Architect). Is this accurate? Or necessary?

I do not have a call center and will never have one. Do I have to learn about them and get certified in that?

With regard to the on-line courses, I have to submit for approval so my company will pay for them...and the only way I can see to get the total costs is to access each one.

These courses are not for customers, these are for business partners.

Why do you want to be certified?
