How can I get the CID of outside incoming calls to show on the display of the stations in a call coverage answer group?

ISDN DID call to VDN 66400 - vector 40, wait 2 sec, route to 66451, hunt extension 66451 - cov path 92, cov path 92 point to c40= call answer-group 40 with 3 stations assigned.

No mater how I set it up it shows the name of the hunt or vector or virtual station not the CID of the incoming call,

If I point that DID # direct to a station I see the CID on the display.

Change your public unknown trunk to go out the trunk and display the number might also have to change the private-numbering digits in the trunk as well to post the number. Change the trunk and the number. You want to display. Might have to do a list trace on it when you call the DID to get the trunk information. But that is how to make it spoof a different number. We make our 5 digit numbers post 800 numbers through the private-numbering

The command will look like cha private-numbering 4 ext-digits put in the number you are changing.
Once you go in there. Put in the ext the trunks. The the number you want it to post. Length is 10

Example:

Cha private-numbering 4 ext-digits 4724
4724 trunk 90-96 number (8001234560) length 10

This would make ext 4724 post as an 800 number if 90-96 are my calling out trunks or if the call is going out those trunks.
