Avaya 9641G Deafult Password

Hi ...

I have an IP Offcie Rls 8.1 and IP Phone License, all the IP Phone the customer purchase is 9641g, when I Plug it to onfigure it, the enter code appear on display, when i enter the deafult password (Craft#) the phone is restarting.
is there a way or another login to operate the phone.

Did you try # ( no password ), if that don't work then the phones are not new and need a reset to default values.

Yes I can but to be honest, usually I get paid for it. So ask your reseller how to do it.
