Avaya 9620: Headset very quiet 1

Hey people,

I have an Avaya 9620 where finally runs ^^ everything.
Likewise, I have a Sennheiser Headset. The sound from loud anrufenen is wonderful. Unfortunately, the caller hears me very very quiet on the headset. I have to eat it sums up, so that he understands me.
Unfortunately I have not found any setting where I can adjust the headset volume.

There is a setting in the 46xxsettings.txt called "Audio Environment Index".
This document describes the settings for it. Maybe it helps.

Is "the other phone" also a 9620? The adapter is not the same for all Avaya phones. The Sennheiser site says to use a CAVA 31 adaptor with a 9620.

Hi, I have now ordered me said cable and also attempts. it is still very quiet. only if I take the microphone directly to the mouth it's fine. but it will not eat.

As I said, at another it works great.

Then your options are limited, swap the phone or live with it....assuming you've tried every setting available
