Have a definity G3V6. Just got in a 6416D+ and programmed keys 9 and higher as autodial buttons. No button higher than 8 works. Tried a differnt phone same results. Help

Are you using the autodial button or the personal list for these?

Yes it is programmed as a 6416D+ and the key is programmed for autodial.

Probably a defective set. If you had a newer PBX you could troubleshoot a little farther. I had the same issue and "status station" showed "Administered Type: 6416D+, Connected Type: 6408D+". It was like the phone had the wrong chip in it.

I've tried it on multiple phones and they all do the same thing, so I don't think it's the set. Are there any other suggestions?

You can try to type the command "display alias station".
Should be, if someone has managed the PBX before you, that the 6416d+ as been associated to alias station 6408d+.
If so, in the screen you should have a column named "alias set type" and in the next one "supported set type".

Hope this helps

What was your station before?
What is the make and vintage of the circuit pack?
