Have a client that their 4625's power down and when they come back up they grab a static IP address not their assigned from the DHCP server. Need Help it takes over their server.
When the phone is rebooting, press * to config. Remove all the values for each section, IP Address, Call Server, Mask, etc..
These should all be assigned by the DHCP options. The old options you need to touch are VLAN Test and possible the VLAN ID, depends if you have acccess ports or trunk ports.
