Avaya 4612 IP Telephone Reset

Does anyone know how to reset an Avaya 4612 to factory defaults? While setting a static IP Address, I was off by 1 digit when I put in the Default Gateway. Now, when the phone starts up, I get a "Bad Router?" response on the screen. When attmpting to enter HOLD 2337#, I get "beeps" instead of blips. Wnen it is booting, I will sometimes get a single "Blip" when pressing the HOLD key, but then get "Beeps" when entering the 2337#, and it never goes into the configuration mode. The screen continues to display "Bad Router?" Looked inside the phone and don't see any reset button. (Yes, it DID come back alive when I put it back together) Have tried "MUTE 73738#" (RESET) to no avail. At this point, I have an expensive paper weight. Any ideas (other than to put in the correct gateway address next time) would be appreciated.

When booting it should usually stop for second for you to press # to enter static addresses. That comes up to the same spot as Hold 2337
