Dear All,
I appreciate if you can help me with this issue. I have an IP Office 500 R11 and FortiGate 201E with dynamic DNS configured on the SD WAN incoming traffic. I also have "6" 3rd party endpoint licenses as shown in the snapshots. If I am connected on the same local network the 3rd party sip licenses are getting registered normally on any software such as Zoiper and everything is fine. The problem that I am facing is that the 3rd party sip license are not getting registered through SSL VPN through forticlient unless I enable the remote worker checkbox in the user profile which limits me for 4 licenses in the essentials edition. I am not sure if the issue is from the VPN configuration in the fortigate or there is any limitation for this in the essentials edition or licenses issue ( I only have Basic user licenses & 3rd party licenses. If there would be a problem why are the 3rd party licenses getting registered through SSL vpn when enabling the remote worker checkbox ? Also does anyone tried to do port forwarding from fortigate directly to IP office to bypass the vpn connectivity?
Thanks in advance.
