everything i've seen says it should be supported, shows up as unknown digital handset in manager, the instructions for partner and merlin(no install instructions for Ip office in manual) mention removing appearances on it, but there is no way to do this in Manager.. I'm not sure this is an ip office issue at all though.. what I get when I hook it up is Acquiring link when I hit talk on the handset, and it never acquires link. I checked the ID's on the base and handset and they are both the same.. anybody know any tricks for getting this to work or does it just not work on Ip office above Version 4? or is it an unrelated issue with acquiring link?

Do you mean the 3810 ?
Yes it is supported, also on 4.X so it should work
Do you have a user and extension configured in the ipoffice ?
And is it the right type of extension ?

The 3910 emulates a Partner telephone which will work on a Partner system or Legend/Magix with an ETR module. You will need a 3810 to work on the IPO.

ahh that 1 different number :<.. I saw some places that said the 3910 would work. well off to try and return the 3910 and go for a 3810.. although I did see some sites mentioning 3910 as working as well as 3810...
