Hi Guys,

Can someone tell me how to bypass AVPP to work directly with the IP Office if its possible?

You would need to use the latest firmware and select WMM in the phone. However it is unclear if that works without a third party ip license although I believe that one poster did have success.

You may want to search the archives.

Hi,

I did the firmware update successfully but I cant seem to find the WMM prompt.

Am I doing something wrong?

Avaya has never tested the 36xx phones without the AVPP. So this will not be supported.
