Avaya 1616 IP phone

Is the 1616 currently the only IP phone that is backlit?

Any experience with these phones? The LCD screen is a bit smaller (4 lines vs 5 for the 5610 IP). How much does this affect button programming and the available options? Also, since it's narrower, it looks like you don't get the soft buttons on the left and right.

I've tried findnig a pic of this phone with the backlight on just to see what it actually looks like. but I've yet to find one.

I haved no problem with the 5610 phones, I just wish they were backlit!

the soft keys on a 1616 are down the right hand side, there are 16 of them oddly enough

Additionally, 4625 (color), 4621. However, you have to remember, upgrade to 5.0 and buy some IP endpoint licenses and you have use of whatever SIP phone you can get working with the IPO that is backlit.
