avaya 1608-i problem

Hello

I have an avaya 1608-i and it was working normal I just disconect the cable and put it on in other port POE and then never turn on again i tried whit others phones in the same port and they work. I plugged the power supplied an turns on but the legend of No Ethernet * to program appears but the the ethernet port an the cable its working fine and others phones works fine to in the same place.

Any help??

had a customer that had a few phones die every time they rebooted the networks switch, there was a bad batch of phones and all you got was a flicker on the display.
