Does any one have experience in Avantgo software? I have loaded trhe 3.3 version on my desktop, and when I hotsync it shows the software on my palm IIIc. But when i go into the palm, the Avantgo service it errors and claims that I need to check my number.

It sounds like you may not have properly completed the licensing agreement when you installed the software. Frequently with PDA software you must install on your desktop and the program will communicate with the manufacturer, then it will give you a code that you must input to the pda directly when attempting to start the handheld program.
