I have a call center, but no reporting package. We are using BCMS, (not BCMS View). The manager wants to know if there is a way to have a 6424 phone with an expansion module, show an "aux Time" busy lamp for particular extensions. What they want to see is if extension 2345 presses the AUX button, a button lights up on the supervisors phone indicating the AUX status of that agent. Is there any way to accomplish this?
