Autotext problem in word

Is there a way to have the same autotext enteries on all PCs, linked to a server. One pc has all the autotext setup on it already but other pcs need the same autotext for doing quotations, is it possible to have the autotext on the server and all the pcs use that, i have tried document templates but they dont seem to word.
