AutoSetUnboundFieldSource method questions

Howdy! I have been using the AutoSetUnboundFieldSource method in my reports to bind unbound fields to an ADO recordset. However, I cannot seem to get this to work using subreports.
I have noticed that the AutoSetUnboundFieldSource method contains an option called 'bindSubReports' but I cannot not figure out what value to use for this option. Anybody out there know?
