AutoName Checker no longer sees my personal address book

I am running MS Outlook 98.  I access it over a Novell WAN connection.  They recently moved the server and I had to rebuild my .ost file.  I checked the Automatic Name Checking in Advanced Options, I have Personal Address Book in the Services/Addressing list (removed and added it back),  I have reentered all my address in my personal address book.  When I type a personal address name in the To line, it does not autocheck my personal address book for a match.  Even when I click check names, it does not recognize the name.  Any ideas?
