Automating Codesweeper

Hello:

I have a question about Codesweeper.

I have a folder that has 1600 HTML documents all with horrible looking code. Is there a way to automate Codesweeper so that it will go through each file in that folder and do the Codesweeper tool to it?

It doesn't have to save them because I can use the save all button in Homesite, but is this possible?
