jebry is correct. If you're using Windows OS, goto Start|Programs|Accessories|System Tools|Scheduled Tasks. A wizard will step you thru the process. Very simple.
Adaptec has a freebie scheduler that they throw in with their SCSI cards that works great if you can get ahold of it. if you've got a hardware guy he can probably get it for you - ask for the EZ-SCSI cd. The built in Windows scehduler bugs out all the time, especially in XP.
