Hi Everyone,

I have delta server installed and working well, but I need a means of automatically sending them as an email attachment every day.

Has anyone got any ideas? I am thinking along the lines of a batch file, but have no idea how to do this.

Thanks

Never got all the way but hers a start for you

OutLook command line

Outlook.exe /a "C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\Delta Server\SMDR\SDMR.csv" Opens an emial with SDMR.csv as an attachment.

Oulook.exe /c ipm.note /m joe@bloggs.com Opens a new email to Joe@bloggs.com

I've tried putting these 2 togther but Outlook never likes it!!

Visual studio can do it - or even Access.

Run a ontimer event every minute that checks the time, and send the email at the right time.

Try Wintask it has a free 30 day trial. This program does so much for me. Sends me emails, checks on disk space for all my servers and notifies me if they are low, runs defragging, backs up certain files to FTP on my systems.

Will take a little getting used to. They have online support and a forum to help you.

You won't regret what you pay for this software.

You'd think I worked for them (I don't)
