Automatically back up recordings to a External drive 1

Hi guys,
can you automatically backup recordings on contact store to a external drive?

You could backup your directory where calls are stored...or use the built in dvd backup feature. But no, it does not automatically backup calls to an external drive, you'd have to setup a service to do that like backupexec or whatever.

Try sugar sync it's 5gb free and basically you would just download it to the vm server then select the folder all your calls are being recorded to, the program then syncs that folder to the cloud in real time automatically
