Automatically adding disclaimers 1

Exchange 5.5 Outlook 98/2000

Our users currently utilise the signature option in Outlook to manually add an email disclaimer to outgoing email. But is there anyway that you can configure exchange to add an email disclaimer to all outgoing mail automatically.

Any pointers greatfully received

We use our content filtering software (MailMarshall) to do it.

I think I will wait until I have set up a test Server before giving that one a try though.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, it's a pretty standard exercise in 5.5 now, never had it go wrong on a server before
