I have created a Customer service survey using the campaign functionality of vmpro and a short code in ipoffice manager. When agents in a hunt group finish talking to the customer I would like the call to automatically be transferred into the survey. I would set up an upfront message that says if youd like to take a survey stay on the line after your call is finished with your representative. Is this possible ? If so is it possible to randomize this or set it up just for certain agents or hunt groups ? anybody have any ideas of how this can be accomplished ?
