Sep 1, 2005 #2 jerake75 Technical User Joined Dec 8, 2003 Messages 323 Location US Call Queueing is available in Attendant Console now (I think you may have to have CallManager 4.0 or higher to use this feature). This may work better for you instead of what you suggested. Basically, calls go into a queue and are rerouted to the first available operator.
