Came across a fun one here. So we are running a 9.0 virtual midsize server with a IP500v2 tied in for PRI. We have recording setup to auto record external calls for everyone in the office and that dumps into Xima. Issue I'm having is random voicemail messages are getting double audio. So you have the voicemail message that is being left being overlapped with someone that is on another call. The person that is leaving the message and the other party that is on the call cannot hear each other and the issue goes away if I turn off the auto recording. Hard to replicate as it randomly is happening but does happen a couple times a day to various people. It's almost as if the person who is going to leave the voicemail starts that at the same time a call is started and the system starts recording that. I'm thinking this will have to go to Avaya but was wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Cheers!

Raise this.
I have had a bug in the trials and it never cam back so i thought it was actually solved.
Only i had the problem that a recorder call gave a "extension xxx is not available to answer your call .........."

Yours is slightly different so yes raise it and get it solved :)
