We are using MS Outlook 2000 SR1 client on our workstations for connecting to a MS Exchg 5.5 server running on Windows 2000. All the latest patches have been loaded at client end as well as server end. But we see a blank mail being generated from certain user profiles for themselves only upon logging to the .pst . Eg -

Our workstations are running Windows 2000 professional. But this is happening only to certain users.
The pst's are local to every user workstation.
How to stop this? Help appreciated.
