automatic line selection upon going off-hook

I have a new ipoffice that by default, selects the a= button when going off hook. The employees prefer that it automatically selects a co trunk upon going off hook as they make outbound calls most of the time. Does anyone know if this is configurable? Thanks

sounds like you could do with a local business partner. buttons labeled with the default a=, b= is just lazy!
