Automatic conference set up 1

I'm looking for a way to set up a conference intiated by one person where all parties will be called simultaneoulsy to join it and for a message to be played as soon as they pick up the line.

I looked into group paging but it is only one way, the other parties only being able to listen

Any ideas would be welcoms

wouldn't it be easier to use meet-me conferencing?

Yes but this relies on all users dialling in.
What to set up a facility where if there a technical emergency one caller can bring all support guys into a conference immediately.

i understand. unfortunately i know no standard way to achieve this goal, however if you really need it you can use cti-based application or ivr or maybe some external conferencing bridge. the task is solvable but not with built-in definity features.
