Automatic BCC in outlook Express 6

I am trying to set our outlook to automatically BCC another E-mail on all outgoing mail. Does anyone know how to do this with Outlook BCC in Outlook Express 6?

I don't believe anyone has written an add-on for Auto BCC in OE. Only Outlook.
