Automate Send and receive in Outlook

I am looking to create a macro that will run itself on a preset time of once a day at 1600 to perform a Send and receive.

Very simple but despite searching around I have not found any info on how to code it.

Not sure why you eant to use VBA. In Outlook, try Tools - Send/Recieve - Send Recieve Settings - Define Send Recieve Groups. There schedule a send/recieve every 1440 minutes (24 hours). At 1600 hours, do a send/recieve. Outlook will send/recieve at your schedule forever.
