Right, let me continue on the path that EvilOptic started us down...
Instead of using, oh , say Administrator for the ArcServeIT system account, create a new account on all the servers (or Domain(s) ) and call it ArcServe or Sysbackup, whatever you want and give it the same rights as the Admin account. Then, only let a few people know about it and what the password is.
You'll only need to change the password for the ArcServe Admin account (ie. arcserve or sysbackup) if one of the two or three people that know about the account and the password leave.
However...I would hope that you would change the regular Administrator password when an Admin leaves anyway, regardless of what ArcServe uses so this could just be duplicating work for you. Monkeylizard
