Autoloaders

Boss is getting an Exobyte autoloader, 7 trays, 1 tape drive.
Got a few questions if any of you have a few spare minutes.
1) Will we need the library backup client?
2) Do I still assign the tapes to Media Pools?
3) If so can I assign different numbers of tapes, i.e. 1 on a Monday, 2 on a Tuesday etc.

TLO Tape Library Option is not needed.
Media Pools will work the same way.

Would an Exabyte VXA2 be OK?
Its on the CDL, just trying to avoid having to buy the Library option also.

You only need the Library Option if the Library has more then one Drive. Base ARCserve support a 1 drive library without the option.
