Autoexnt utility available???

NT Guru's;

We have a single NT server running one application. We need to have a program start unconditionally at boot time (not login time). Searches show that NT's Autoexnt utility will do this for us. Now, we don't have the NT resource kit so we were wondering if anyone knows of a site where we can download the necessary files to obtain this utility? Or, perhaps someone is willing to zip up the files required and email/ftp them off to us?

Please advise anyone?
