autodialer for Avaya

My company would like to look at doing autodialing, not predictive dialing utilizing our Avaya S8700. This is for a VERY small group that currently manual dial out. Does anyone out there do autodialing through their Avaya switch and if so what/how are you doing it.

You can set up autodial buttons on their phones if that is what you are asking. You will have to give them a COR that will allow them to call long distance or international calls.

you could use the softphone and a LDAP directory to do this semi-autodialing.

If i remember correclty, also, whenever you have the softphone running and any document open with a phone number in it, the softphone app highlights the number and I think you can just right click it to dial the number.

I suppose that'd be the "poorman's" way.
