Hey guys running ipo500v2 8.1

Feel like an idiot for asking this question and maybe it's too early in the morning and my brain isn't working right.

Is there a way to auto-forward voicemails from one user to another. Say Ext 222 gets a voicemail, how can I auto forward that voicemail to ext 333 (visual voice). They are set on alert, so I need to forward the visual voicemail.

Thanks!

I'm sure there are quite a few ways to do it, but here's what I did:

Create hunt group with no users. Change the ICR to the hunt group. In the VM pro on the leave function of the hunt group create a menu that points to a voicemail question. then put the mailbox to the desired user. On the voicemail question create a recording for 60 to 120 seconds (your choice) I then added their previous voicemail wave to the menu just before it transfers to voicemail question.

I hope I didn't confuse the heck out of you.

I'm sure there is an easier way, but that's how I made it work.

If its Voicemail Pro, you can customise 222's callflow to an Leave Mail action set to 333's mailbox.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Here's what I ended up doing.

Change start point in the user in VMpro
Change it to the "leave" command.

In the leave option, a menu with the greeting that goes to voice question.

Only thing I did diffferent is cut out the Huntgroup (Not sure why I did it in the first place)
