Auto Shutdown? Auto Logon?

I am looking for a method to auto reboot a Win98 machine and then have it re-login to the network after it has rebooted.The machine logs in using the Microsoft Networks Login which also allows it to login to a Novell server automaticaly.
I can accomplish the reboot with a macro/scheduler program but this seems like a cheesy way to do it.

Did you find a way to accomplish this? I'm looking to do this or my stand alone NT 4.0 workstation as well.
