Is there a way to pull auto saved email addresses in Outlook 2003 from one pc to another? Not from the contacts but from the autosave feature itself.

Thanks.

AHA!!!
You mean to automatically save addresses of emails your wife is receiving/sending from her computer to your computer, within your home network? :)

Or berhaps a (female) colleague of yours. :)

No, but that would be cool as well.

Actually this is for work. I have moved a users to a new PC and instead of saving / creating his contacts, he use to be able to just start typing a name in the TO: field and it would give him some options. This is turned on in Outlook for the auto save email address. I was wondering if you can pull those and put them on his new PC since there are no contacts associated with them.

Thx.

Search the old PC for *.nk2 The file is normally located in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Go the the other machine do a search, rename the exsisting, Copy the one from the other machine to the new machine, all should work as it did before.
