Auto-Reply with attachment

we have exchange 2000 and have a request to auto-reply with an attached form when we receive a request for information to a specific email address.

What solutions are out there?

You could setup a rule in Outlook to reply with a set message.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

True - I have tested that and explained that we could format the reply to look similar to the form that they would use.

That may be the route we take, but I wanted to cover my bases.
