Auto Populating a field in word from a previous field

I have a form that was created in word. The first field on the form is name then name is needed in the form several other times. How do I allow the remaining fields to auto populate after the name has been entered the first time?

Hi mcy319,

Set your (first) FormField to Calculate on Exit.

Wherever you want the field copied to, insert a Field (not a FormField) by pressing Ctrl+F9 and type the name of the FormField Bookmark between the braces.
