Auto-Maximizing a form

Seems pretty basic but I can't seem to figure this one out...

I would like to have all my forms fully maximized when opened (i.e. the view you see when you click the Maximize button). I have gone into the Form Properties window and played with some settings ("Auto Resize"; Width) but with no luck.
