Auto logon and Auto starting a program

Hello all,

I am currently setting up 4 pc's (3 XP po 1 98SE) to be used temporairily as training pc's for a certain piece of software. I would like to have these PC's automatically log onto our domain using a default login without having the users enter username/password/domain. I've tried the reg edits located at winguides
(DefaultUserName, DefaultDomainName , AutoAdminLogon, DefaultPassword) and it didn't work.

I then want the URL of the training site to open automatically. Is it possible to have this open and not give the users access to other programs?

OKay for Logon automatically you can use TweakUI.
Opening URL of the training site you can set Internet Explorer to open on that site and have Internet explorer on the startup.
Now to only allow those user to wondering on the PC that I am not sure how to do that.
I am sure someone here will provided you with a better option.
