auto create Secondary Proxy Address @ obj creation?

Greetings -
Is there a way to set exchange to auto create a secondary proxy address (additional SMTP address) for each object created?

Ex.
john.doe@domain.com is automatically created per the setup in Site Addressing | Site Addressing (properties | tab)

How can I get Exchange to automatically also create john.doe@internal.domain.com
