Hello everybody, I have a question about auto booking a resource (conference rooms).
We had a workstation acting as a conference room server. It had a couple of hundred Outlook profiles configured to auto book a resource. Outlook was always running under a conference manager account's profile.
Unfortunately, this computer crashed, and we didn't have a backup. I rebuilt the computer, the Outlook is running under a conference manager account's profile again, and I'm in process of recreating the conference room outlook profiles on that machine. I have a couple of questions though:
1. Is autobooking a resource a property of a mailbox or an outlook profile? The conference rooms, which don't have their profiles recreated yet, - do they do autobooking or not?
2. What is a way to backup just the Outlook profiles?
3. Is there a way to copy outlook profiles instead of recreating them one-by-one?
4. We used to have W2k box and Outlook 2000 for the conference room computer, now I have XP and Outllok 2003. Will it cause any problems?
Thank you very much,
Claire
