Auto Bcc: in Outlook

Does anyone know a way for Outlook to automatically Bcc: someone everytime an e-mail is composed or replied to?

You can also design a form in which you will add the bcc field and the name of the adressee.
Keep in mind that you should use the option " publish form as" and not " save as" to save the form in your library.
